  • Stock availability : All products are subject to availability. Dirt Tricks NZ will always contact you regarding unexpected delays or product changes if purchased. 

 

  • Prices : All pricing is shown in NZ dollars and is GST exc. Prices on Dirt Tricks site are subject to change without prior notice.

 

  • Shipping : orders over $300 gst inc. will have free shipping nation wide, except rural delivery. Order will be shipped out within 1-2 working days depending on time/day the order was placed. All items will be shipped with Fast Way couriers. If you are rural please allow a couple days extra. We only sell and ship to NZ customers. We can ship to your place of work!! 

 

  • Limitation of liability : You may have the benefit of statutory guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Unless you purchase any good or obtain any service for the purposes of a business, nothing in these terms and conditions will limit or exclude your rights under that Act. Where you do purchase, or obtain services for the purposes of a business, then the Consumer Guarantees Act statutory guarantees do not apply to your purchase and we exclude any liability of any kind (whether in contract, tort, equity or otherwise) to you or anyone claiming through you, relating to any loss of profits or revenue, loss of business or missed opportunities, wasted expenditure or savings you might have had, or any form of indirect or consequential loss whatsoever, arising from that purchase or the information contained within this website.

 

  • Returns : Goods can be returned within 7 days of receipt for refund or exchange. The goods must be returned new, unused, unaltered, not previously installed, and in a sellable condition with all of the original packaging. This right of return will not cover items that are special orders and found to be an incorrect fit this is the responsibility of the purchaser, however all other standard warranties will apply. Freight costs will not be refunded. For the returns process email or phone Dirt Tricks with your invoice number and the reason for return. We will then email you the correct process.

 

  • Warranty : Any goods for possible warranty replacement must be returned to us with proof of purchase for warranty assessment and inspection, if item is worthy of warranty customer must fill out warranty form. Items covered under manufacturer’s warranty will be repaired or replaced. Shipping is not covered under any warranty. Any Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hrs of receipt quoting invoice number, courier tracking number. This can be made by e mail or phone, with digital image showing damage. We will endeavour to remedy all disputes within 14 days of notification. Hard parts (engine parts, electrical parts) must be fitted by a certified motorcycle technician. Everything Sold by Dirt Tricks will be checked before shipping for damage or faulty parts. 

 

  • Privacy policy : At Dirt Tricks NZ we are we're committed to protecting your privacy online. Your Private Information will never be disclosed to anyone and will be used for strictly business purposes only. Personal information stored on our site by our customers will only be available to primary customer service representatives, system administrators, and accounting personnel . All orders placed through our site are handled through a secure online server. 

 

  • How we use your Information : We will never sell or rent your personally identifiable information to third parties, and will not share your personally identifiable information with third parties without your consent, unless such sharing is necessary for the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy. We use customer information we collect only for the purposes of filling orders, contacting purchasers to inform them of their order status, sending promotional information, enhancing the operation of our site, for statistical purposes and to administer our systems. We may use third parties to help us fulfill orders, to help process payments, to provide customer service, to serve site content, to help administer promotional emails, and to administer warranties purchased. We give them access to the information needed to complete their job. Sometimes that includes a portion of your personal information.

 Incorrect details : Dirt Tricks NZ does not change any order details, this includes the delivery address. It is up to the customer to make sure all details are correct.
